Description
Develop long, lean muscles without building bulk by focusing on the body's core to assist in the distribution of strength. The use of a body ball and light hand weights will increase flexibility, improve posture and decrease stress. Bring a mat, towel, water bottle and light hand weights. Bare feet or non-skid socks are recommended for some routines.**No class 4/3 and 2 dates TBA**
