Talk builds babies’ brains!10-Week Class Series1,2,3 Talk with Me is a free, 10-week class series for caregivers of children ages birth to 32 months. We use the LENA Start curriculum to teach 14 Talking Tips in a weekly, in-person class. Classes will give you the support you need to use the tips in everyday life.At HomeOne day per week you will use a LENA talk pedometer to measure the number of words your child hears in a day. You will receive reports on your progress.RegistrationThis is an adult-only program. Children over the age of 6 months should not be in the class with you. If you need childcare for children older than 6 months, we do have limited free childcare available on a first come, first served basis.All participants who finish the class will receive 10 FREE books for their child!Support for early literacy programs is provided by a grant from First Things First, which partners with families and communities to give all Arizona children the opportunity to arrive at kindergarten healthy and ready to succeed.
