Join us in this fun taekwondo class specifically designed for people with disabilities. This class will allow students to learn martial arts and develop coordination in a supportive and encouraging group environment. Participants will be invited to engage their body and mind through Taekwondo forms, techniques, social interactions, and games designed to be both fun and beneficial. *Designed for individuals with disabilities.
