Description
Level 1/2: Ages 6 - 14 years. This class is a blend of two levels. There are no prerequisites for Level 1. A Level 2 swimmer must be able to fully submerge, blow bubbles under water and float (with minimal assistance), comfortably on front and back. Both levels will be working on basic skills including, but not limited to submerging, breath control, floating, gliding, kicking and beginner strokes.
