Description
Level 5: Ages 6 – 14. Course prerequisites include: 25 yards, non-stop, Front Crawl with side breathing; 25 yards Elementary Backstroke, 25 yards Backstroke; have competent egg beater, dolphin and breaststroke kick and have the know-how in the regards to timing for breaststroke. Swimmers will be working towards their aerobic endurance and developing more competitive swim skills including racing starts, flip turns for Freestyle and Backstroke, open turns for Breaststroke and Butterfly, treading water techniques, water safety, and First Aid/CPR.
