Description
Instructor Michele Bledsoe, has a unique class coming in September. ART & MINDFULNESS FOR KIDS: We'll have fun, create art projects (Gratitude Jars, Positive Affirmation Flags, and Recycled Art Projects), learn about our brain, ways we can exercise it so we can regulate emotions, be patient and focus.This class if for ages 6 - 10. All supplies included. Class will be held at the Culpeper County Library.
