Rugby?!? Isn’t that the sport where they use the funny shaped football?Come on out to this FREE co-ed program which will provide youth players a basic overview of the game of rugby.Skills such as passing, offloading, support running, kicking and defense will be shown. Players will complete the session by using the skills learned in a game of tag rugby.This is a non – tackle program, players will have limited contact with pads but no player on player contact for this session.Please wear athletic clothes and shoes (no sandals or flip flops). Bring a bottle of water.FAQ'sIs this tackle? – No, this session will focus on basic skills development and will have a tag game component.What should we bring ? Wear athletic gear, Bring Water. If you have cleats and a mouth guard please bring them.Can girls play? Yes, this is a co-ed program.
