Description
The CIH Academy offers a number of youth skills development programs. These programs are designed to give young hockey players more confidence in their abilities, therefore, allowing them to enjoy the game to its fullest potential. Young hockey players can develop their hockey skills in the morning and then apply these new tools in the afternoon during a series of 3 on 3 mini-games. In addition, hockey related off-ice activities will be delivered that are designed to improve fitness levels and increase participants knowledge of the game - activities such as plyometrics, road hockey and video analysis sessions. Full Day camp is offered for Novice-Bantam players from 8am to 4:30pm o $195 Skaters o $145 Goalies & Players receive 2.5 hours of ice per day o 1.5 hours of skill development in the morning and 1 hour of 3-on-3 or mini-games in the afternoons. Off-ice activities include plyometrics, road hockey and video analyses sessions
