Description
Dance Fit combines easy-to-follow dance moves with cardio exercise for a fun, full-body workout. Participants will improve coordination, endurance, and overall fitness while moving to a variety of upbeat music styles. No dance experience is required. No class on Nov. 23 and Nov. 25.
