The City of Costa Mesa's Teen Program offers FREE after-school Teen Centers, for a safe hang out location! With guidance from Parks and Community Services staff, teens are able to enjoy a safe and fun space, where they can work on homework, play video games, create unique art, and take part in year-round excursions! The Teen Center is located at the Downtown Recreation Center (DRC). The Teen Center is open for any students, grades 7 - 12. The Teen Center observes all NMUSD holidays and school closures. Teens are REQUIRED to turn in a Registration Form in order to participate.The Teen Program offers FREE transportation in a City of Costa Mesa van, to the DRC Teen Center and SOY Center (2045 Meyer Pl, Building E) from Ensign Intermediate and Newport Harbor High School.
