Description
ELITE BASKETBALL TRAININGThis is a high-intensity basketball training program. It is designed for the players who are serious about achieving the goals they have set for themselves in the game of basketball. Each workout will focus on the different skills of the game, along with footwork, speed and agility. At the end of the six sessions, each player will receive an individualized skills evaluation. Workouts will be conducted by Dave Esterkamp.
