FAMILY KARATEThis is a great way for family's to learn a sport together. Parents and children can get fit, bond with each other and have fun while learning martial arts and self-defense. We will work on various techniques and skills that will build confidence, allow you to earn belt ranks and strive for excellence together. Individuals are welcome as well.
