This camp focuses on core and balance training, improved flexibility, strength conditioning and cardio respiratory improvement. Suited for both recreational and competitive athletes, this full or half day camp aims to help each individual meet their personal fitness goals and achieve their maximum capabilities. The camp will introduce key practices that young athletes should incorporate into their daily routine in order to build both physical and mental strength. The camp includes a range of fun activities, exercises and training techniques include: all body strength workouts, core strengthening techniques, agility training, mindfulness and breathing, and flexibilityenhancement through yoga. This camp is well suited for all ages including HS athletes needing extra training during their off season.
