Exercise your body and your mind. It's an effective combination of low-impact exercise, weight training and stretching. Each 55 minute session is designed to increase strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and balance. ALL fitness levels are welcome! Bring a mat, a pair of 2-3 lb hand weights and come exercise with GREAT people.
