Description
Join us in a bi-monthly Wellness Walk at various Fremont park locations and learn about the importance of stretching before, during, and after exercising while enjoying and learning about the wonderful parks in the city and the diversity of nature: birds, wildlife, and trees, all while being outdoors. Please note some walks will be more strenuous than others (as determined by the location). Registration for each person is required. Bring: Hat, face mask, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, light jacket (as temperatures may vary), and plenty of water (bring your own bottle!).
