Learn all the skills needed to prepare great fish dishes. Chef Joel will cover selecting good fish, different types of fish for different dishes; how to best cook a wide variety of fish, and more. Participants will then prepare these delicious dishes: Salmon Tikka Masala with Kachumbar Salad and Fresh Baked Naan; White Wine Poached Fish with Saffron Cream Sauce and Potato Dauphinoise; Seafood Jacket Potatoes with Crab, Crawfish and Cheddar Thai-Fried Trout with Lemongrass Sauce and Thai Drunken Noodles with VegetablesInstructor: Chef Joel Olson.
