Description
When owls finish eating a mouse or other prey, they spit up the undigestible parts in the form of a "pellet." We can find amazing clues about owl eating habits inside these pellets! In this dissection lab, we will have a short PowerPoint presentation to learn about how owls hunt and eat and then dig into our own real, sanitized owl pellets to see what's inside.
