Description
Teen and Adult Gymnastics is a class specifically designed for older gymnasts, whether you are experienced or a first timer, this class allows you to train at your own pace with your peers. This beginning tumbling class of 55 minutes has the opportunity to train on beam, vault, and even some bars. For those who are struggling to kick up to a handstand or have always wanted to try holding theirs longer, this is a safe, padded spot to learn! You may have a past learning gymnastics, but no experience is necessary. And Adults! When is the last time you tried a handstand or a cartwheel. If you feel like it is out of reach, or you were never able to do one, this light-hearted class can leverage a heavy mind!3 Pleases1. Please keep that beautiful hair tied up! Not just in a ponytail but a braid or bun that allows it not to spread all over the floor when your are upside-down. Flowing hair makes it more difficult to do bridges, headstands, and somersaults. A braid will help keep your child’s hair from getting pulled.2. Please keep yourself hydrated! Bring a water bottle with you to class.3. Super tip! Please eat a good healthy snack with lots of protein for sustained energy to get thru class!
