For ages 3 - 6, this is a fast-paced frolic through gymnastics. We teach the same foundational skills learned in level one. Prepare to be challenged, delighted, and say goodbye to saying, "I can't", for 55 minutes.3 Pleases1. Please keep that beautiful hair tied up! Not just in a ponytail but a braid or bun that allows it not to spread all over the floor when your are upside-down. Flowing hair makes it more difficult to do bridges, headstands, and somersaults. A braid will help keep your child’s hair from getting pulled.2. Please keep yourself hydrated! Bring a water bottle with you to class.3. Super tip! Please eat a good healthy snack with lots of protein for sustained energy to get thru class! Gymnastics is demanding
