Splash Nights Program at the Wheeler Spray Park

Our Splash Nights Program at the Wheeler Spray Park is free and open to children with disabilities and special needs up to the age of 12. Children must have adult supervision at all times. Please note that adults are not permitted to use the structures in the park. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Please stay hydrated during this program.   The Office for Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs strictly adheres to the J. R. Wheeler Spray Park - Rules & Regulations. JOHN RUSSELL WHEELER SPRAY PARK - RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Spray Park use is prohibited at any other time and violators will be prosecuted. 2. Use of bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades and heelys are prohibited in Spray Park 3. Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers and rubber pants. 4. No pets except for Service Animals. 5. No glass containers. 6. Children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision. 7. No food or drink in the Spray area. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spray Park. 8. No toys of any kind are permitted in facility. 9. Proper bathing attire is required in Spray Areas. 10. No smoking or vaping. Individuals failing to comply with specified Spray Park Facility Rules and Regulations will be subject to penalty of law.    Your cooperation in abiding by these guidelines is essential to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
