$60/Session$15/Drop-in - cash or check (checks made payable to "City of Fitchburg") paid to the instructor10/20 & 10/27 - Class will start at 6:15pm & be hosted in the Oak Hall Room due to early voting11/3 - NO class due to voting11/10 - 12/1 - Class will resume at 6pm & be in the Prairie View RoomGet ready to step, sweat, and have fun with Steppin’ with SSHerese (SWS)! This beginner-friendly step aerobics class combines easy-to-follow choreography, upbeat music, and a positive atmosphere to help you improve your fitness, coordination, and confidence. No experience needed just bring your energy and let’s step our way to better health together!Equipment/Items to Bring: Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and may bring a hand or face towel if they’d like. If they already own an aerobic step platform, they’re welcome to bring it as well. Most importantly, bring your good energy and be ready to have fun!
