Description
This fun and challenging class is designed to increase cardio endurance, body flexibility, muscle strength, and practice better balance in a full body workout. Students use several bands and bodyweight for resistance. Exercises are low-impact to make it easy for students with joint replacements and arthritis. Students must be comfortable standing for 60 minutes and coming to the floor for the cool down exercises. This easy/medium/difficult workout can be adapted to many different fitness levels. Safe fitness and fun for all. Wear stretchy comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle, one exercise band with handle, a stretchy band without a handle, and a mat for floor work. Drop-in fee $15.
