Personal trainer Danie leads you in this fun, safe, and challenging class designed to increase your cardio endurance, body flexibility, muscle strength, and practice better balance in a full body workout. You use a band and your own bodyweight for resistance. Exercises are non-impact, easy on joint replacements and arthritis. Must be comfortable standing for 60 mins. Bring water bottle, one exercise band with handle and a stretchy band without a handle plus a mat for floor work. Drop-in fee $15. NO CLASS ON MAY 8TH.
