Description
Our first ever wine education class! The less you know the more you'll learn! We will discuss wine basics; terms, wine production, pairings, tasting note methods and of course - tastings. Attendees will walk away with a new understanding and appreciation for wine. We are tasting, not drinking. Pours will be limited to 1oz. Hosted by instructor Nick DiFranco who is WSET II certified and has 10 years in wine importing/distribution hosting countless events and restaurant staff education trainings.
