Description
Health and beauty go hand in hand, with my experience, dancing helps promotes a healthy living as it is a confident booster as well as strengthening muscles. Music is handpicked to match each dance that is selected tobest fit the dance as a group. My class will promote healthy living through exercise and an opportunity to serve the public with a deeper understanding of the Chinese culture. All students will get to dance equally so socializing important, especially during this time we can all be together safely. Class will meet on Friday 9/9 & 10/14 (4:30pm-6:30pm) in liue of Holiday on Monday 9/5 & 10/10
