This 2-week laboratory class is an opportunity to apply what you learned in the 4-week "An Integrative Approach to Digestive Health" class in a more intimate group setting.Students will be able to ask questions about their own situations for the instructor and group to answer and discuss.Learn important tools on how to implement what you learned in the 4-week class in a practical and easy way that works for you.Prerequisite: You must have completed the 4-week "An Integrative Approach to Digestive Health" course at Avenidas in Fall 2025 or be enrolled in the Spring 2026 course and attend all 4 classes.
