Grades: 10th - Adult. Learn to take better photographs and begin to master your camera’s basic settings through homework assignments and online lectures. While doing these lessons, you learn the rules for taking pictures, and the fundamentals of photography. Topics covered include: Aperture, ISO, Shutter speed, Automatic Modes, Manual Modes, and how to read your camera’s playback information. Every class you must have access to the Internet, have access to your physical camera, the ability to upload and download photographs as well as view a PDF. To get the best out of class, please be prepared to do two assignments a week, so that you can get regular feedback on your photos as you learn these skills.There will be opportunities to schedule one-on-one video chat time with the instructor to get additional questions answered. Instructor: Katelend Rosaen is a fine art photographer who has exhibited her art work in multiple countries and has a Masters of Art; Katelend changes people’s perspective one photo at a time. 4 classes.
