NEW SUMMER SPECIAL FOR $50!Escrima, also known as Kali or Arnis, is the national martial art of the Philippines. It focuses on weapon-based self-defense using rattan sticks, improvised weapons, and empty-hand techniques.The Fundamentals Class will focus on foot movement, the 12 angles of attack, the 12 angles of defense, and speed-timing distance.
