A free “life enrichment class” with 8 weekly sessions designed for men and women who want to enhance their life’s outlook. This class is an extension of the original “Surviving and Thriving Class” but, is focused more on the thriving aspects of life. Topics such as but not limited to relationships, gratitude, resilience, motivation, fear, etc. are open for discussion. Class limited to those who have attended two or more Surviving and Thriving Classes or the with permission of the facilitator. Instructor: Gerald Darling. CARD Community Center.
