This is small group personal training for women that will focus on strength training using dumbbells, barbells, bands, benches, and bodyweight. This class will utilize the principles of progressive resistance to build muscular endurance, strength, and power. Group perquisites include the ability to transition safely to and from the floor, a readiness to engage in self-challenge, and medical clearance to participate in exercises involving light, medium, and heavy lifting
