Description
Transition your day with Evening Gentle Yoga. This class will use a combination of postures, and stretches along with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. A soft flow sequence utilizing the breath. Move through some salutations, and asanas often with props such as blocks or belts to access or assist a posture, allowing you to maximize a stretch. Utilizing an awareness of proper alignment brings balance, strength and calmness. Ending with a deep relaxing extended period of savasana. All levels. 10 weeks. Recommended props: 2 blocks, strap, blanket, bolster - optional. Instructor: Gayle Hedstrom
