{YEL!} Advanced Video Games with Scratch® For 2nd-5th grades STEM Video Game Enrichment for the 21st Century learner. This {YEL!} Advanced Video Game class follows four basic components:•Teach It!…Students learn advanced and review intermediate video game design techniques (animation, cumulative scoring, conditional statements, etc.) •Code It!… Students use Scratch® to code their own video games: i.e. maze runner, asteroid smash and more. •Explore It!…Students can write their own video game code, experiment with it and test new options. Our collaborative learning environment encourages students to learn from each other. Sign up today to THINK, LEARN and PLAY WELL with {YEL!}. Prerequisites: Students should either 1) have taken a previous {YEL!} Junior Coding class (Video Games or Storytelling); or 2) have prior experience coding with Scratch®.
