Combining and alternating short cardio intervals with resistance training is a great way to reduce fat, increase stamina, improve bone density and balance, plus strengthen and tone your muscles. We use our own bodyweight, and a variety of equipment. Sandy is an experienced, skilled, and certified personal trainer, who modifies for all fitness abilities. She is also a massage therapist who knows the importance of training safely, and emphasizes proper form. Gain knowledge and receive some individual attention, along with great workouts.
