To keep your workout balanced, Step It Up! integrates strength, toning, balance and flexibility routines with the cardio to give you the maximum fitness benefit. Lower intensity options will be offered. This workout will challenge you from the first day to the last!Please bring a mat or towel and water bottle. All other equipment is provided. Beginners welcome. **No class 4/2 & 4/4**
