In this gentle yoga class we will go at your pace! Yoga helps build flexibility, strength, balance, improves energy and calms the mind. Class includes postures with options as needed, breathing exercises, and time for deep relaxation. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks, a yoga strap, and a thick blanket. (Not a towel)
