Long Beach Senior CenterOvernight Parking Permit Program Rules:1. The term of the Overnight Parking permit will be monthly. Subsequently, "term" shall be defined as such from the first day to the last day of a given month. 2. Overnight Parking Permits are available for purchase online at least one week prior to the end of the month on a fist-come, first-served basis. Payment onine is by credit card. Permit cost is $45 per calendar month, non-refundable, non-transferrable. Permits will not be pro-rated for partial month, daily, or weekly use. Permits go into effect on the 1st of the month. Parking Permit decals can be picked up (after online purchae) at the Long Beach Senior Center Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.3. The permit is valid only in the Long Beach Senior Center parking lot, located at 1150 East 4th Street. Permits are valid only between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and all day Sunday. For occasional Senior Center special events, up to half of the parking lot may be closed. On Thursdays, programming may continue until 10:00 p.m., and spaces may not become available until after that.4. An Overnight Permiited vehicle left in the Senior Center parking lot after 8:00 a.m. may be cited or towed at the owner's expense. To reclaim a towed vehicle, call 562-570-7475 or LBPD 562-435-6711.5. Overnight Permit purchasers park in the Senior Center parking lot at their own risk. The City of Long Beach is not liable for damages to vehicles belongong to Overnight Permit purchasers.6. The Permit shall be affixed to the front windshield (driver's side) next to the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the vehicle for which it is assigned. 7. There are no assigned parking spots.8. Vehicles with accessible handicap placards parked overnight in any Senior Center parking spots must have a valid Overnight Parking Permit.9. Permit Purchasers must complete an application annually and provide proof of information. A permit will only be issued to a registered vehicle owner, with a current, valid registration and a current, valid driver's license. The vehicles must be operable.10. Only vehicles 20-feet or less in length can participate in the Overnight Permit Program. Commercial vehicles are not permitted to participate in this program.11. Staying in a vehicle overnight in any City parking lot, even with an overnight permit, is not permitted.12. Vehicles may only be assigned an overnight parking pass or an annual parking pass but not both.13. The City of Long Beach retains the right to revoke an overnight permit for non-compliance.
