Description
While choreographed workouts help promote proper form, they can occasionally feel monotonous. This class will shake up your routine by taking you through multiple stations using different equipment to perform moderate to intense plyometric, strength-building and aerobic exercises. Participants can choose their level of intensity and work around any injuries, chronic pains or proscribed movements. All equipment provided, just bring a mat!
