Description
Aqua Fit introduces beginner participants to a novice water impact class. Beginner cardio workout which is water based focusing on strength training, flexibility, coordination, and balance exercises. Not only is this class a recreational group exercise program, but it serves as a tool to take care of one’s health and wellbeing. Open to all Adults and Seniors of all fitness abilities.Registration is good for Mondays December 2, 5,7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 2022. No make-up classes. No substitutions for class.
